CAN I SAVE MY CLIENT UNDER SECTION 498-A

WHAT IS SECTION 498-A:-

SECTION 498-A: HUSBAND OR RELATIVE OF HUSBAND OF A WOMAN SUBJECTING HER TO CRUELTY.

I was suffering with problems in my marital life & I am tired of these daily arguments (chik-chik) with my wife. She filed a false complaint under section 498-A Against me, because she doesn’t want to live with me.
But there I am with clean hands. I want to live with my wife, but all in vain & she falsely filed a complaint against me.

LEGAL ADVICE:

I called on the toll free number (18001031000) which I received by message on my phone & through the website “FINISHPROBLEMS.COM”.  From their legal department, a legal advisor gave me advice to file a petition under section 9 for restitution of conjugal rights to make my marital life good & healthy. This application clearly shows that I have no issues to live with my wife, I wanted to live with her & tried to make my marital life healthy, but she wanted to trick me in a false complaint.

The pain I live with everyday …

I suffer with regular chronic widespread pain and a heightened painful response to pressure. I am so tired always that it’s very difficult for me to write this blog even. I am suffering from Fibromyalgia. I can’t imagine anyone relishing the idea of being tired, in pain, or suffering from “brain fog”, which is cognitive dysfunction, for one day, let alone for months or years. If you have fibromyalgia, this is what you experience on a regular basis. Yet there are people who believe that fibromyalgia doesn’t exist – that it’s a made-up disease with the purpose of appeasing patients, giving their complaints a name. Sometimes the degree of tiredness is so much that my other normal activities are affected, sleep disturbance, difficulty in swallowing, bowel and bladder abnormalities, numbness and tingling and joint stiffness.

I’ve been asked what it’s like to have fibromyalgia and, just as it’s difficult to diagnose, it’s difficult to explain. Although I was only diagnosed a few years ago, I can trace the symptoms to my teens. I often experienced unexplained bouts of exhaustion and pain. I never slept well. I had other fibromyalgia-related physical issues, but no one could figure out what was wrong. After a while, I began to believe that it was all in my head. I knew I felt the pain, but there was no explanation. I knew I was exhausted, but everyone is tired – why would I be any different?  I thought I was overplaying them, complaining too much, imagining them, and looking for attention.

My friends and family are wonderful. They made believe I am a Princess, a princess from fairy tale the princess and the pea. I too believed she also had fibromyalgia. They tolerated my quirks, such as the hypersensitivity that results in a very strong startle reflex and not being able to stand the feel of certain things against my skin.

This is why many people with fibromyalgia don’t speak out, but it’s acceptable to brush off, deny, or criticize a claim that you have fibromyalgia.

Living with any invisible illness can be difficult. Living with one that still is not accepted by many is so much harder.

But I felt elated when I spoke to medical experts at Finishproblems.com. Their experience was evident when they understood my pain. After their counseling and alternative medicine, I am living a better life with a satisfaction that someone is there to understand my pain. Thank you finishproblems.com!

BEING INDEPENDENT THROUGH RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING

Every individual needs to possess a series of relationships in order to function within the society. Each relation or interaction has contributions towards fostering the wholesome growth of the person. It is not a question of “want” but more a question of “need” that forces the construction of social networking.

But what if these fundamental blocks of individual growth get disrupted somewhere in between the processes?

There can be a host of factors that incubate the inevitable bitterness that bursts out of soured interpersonal and intrapersonal interactions. Some of the most common problems that affect relationships are:

1. Affairs, infidelity & cheating,
2. A differences in the belief systems,
3. Addictions,
4. Over expectations or unrealistic expectations,
5. Communication gaps,
6. Over involvement or manipulation of others within relationships,
7. Depression,
8. Anxiety,
9. Paranoia,
10. Trust issues,
11. Amount and distribution of responsibility,
12. Respect or contempt for each other,
13. Changing life stages,
14. Defining life incidences,
15. Sexual dissatisfaction,
16. Stress and degrading physical or mental health,
17. Financial situations,
18. Ambitiousness,
19. Violence,
20. Past experiences.

These are just a few to point out but there are many more factors that dwell around our households that could prove very harmful. We try to march through problems either by ignoring them completely, all the while being tortured by even the slightest thought of it or we choose to just end the whole relationship to avoid addressing the problems. These are times we tend to feel that we stand alone, worn out and desperate. It is hard for every individual to face problems when there is lack of support or a source of motivation and assurance. Thus, it only makes sense to consult the respective individuals who are trained to provide relief during such situations.

TIPS TO DRAPE SARI TO LOOK SLIM

* Choose the right material: The fabric of the sari plays a key role in helping you hide your body's flabs. Georgette, chiffon and crepe are the ideal materials to opt for looking slim. They stick closer to the body and help you look slimmer. Avoid fabrics like silk, kanjivaram, tissue and cotton as these tend to make you look fuller.

* Drape it tight: If you don’t drape your sari tightly , you will unwittingly add volume to your look. Tie it perfectly and a little tightly for that beautifully thin appearance.

* Limit the pleats: Few of us know this, but adding more pleats to your sari can actually decrease the slimming effects of the six-yards of grace. Go in for lesser pleats for a sexier look.

* Minimise the borders: For shorter or stout women, it is always recommended to go for saris with small thin borders. Broad borders tend to make you look bigger. If your main objective of wearing a sari is to look slimmer then it would be ideal to opt for a sari that has no border at all.

* Choose darker colours: The shade of sari that you choose to wear also has a large part in bringing out the slimming effects of the drape. Go in for darker colours as they camouflage your flaws and divert attention to your face.

* Pick the perfect prints: For those on the heavier side, it is advisable by beauty and lifestyle experts to avoid large prints or motifs. Go for delicate and fine work on the saree for a  slimmer and more feminine look. Big prints across the sari may look glam, but they also make you look plumper and put your not-so-flattering areas under the spotlight, which, of course is a complete no-no.
